The DogTread™ treadmill was constructed to be dog friendly and dog specific to make the training process easier.
PetZen™ Products, LLC strives to provide our customers with superior products and customer service. For this reason we guarantee all of our products against defects in manufacturing, material and craftsmanship for 1 year from date of purchase.
We offer a one-year Manufacturer’s Warranty on parts and craftsmanship. A lifetime warranty is provided for the FRAME. An additional lifetime warranty for PARTS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP is also available for purchase if you choose. Should anything happen to your treadmill we do want to know and would like the opportunity to service any issues.
Our goal is to make great treadmills that will last and meet the needs of your pet. If you have any questions or concerns about your treadmill we hope you will give us the opportunity to work with you.
Warranty products must be returned clean, products that are not clean will be returned to the customer without consideration. If product was sold with any additional manuals, parts or accessories these must also be returned.
All Warranty Claims must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can only be provided by calling PetZen Products (877.563.5151) and be sent to:

A lifetime frame warranty is included with the purchase of all of our DogTread™ Treadmills. The lifetime frame warranty is for the steel frame structure only. (NO PAID LABOR). This warranty does not cover any abuse or mishandling of the DogTread™. This warranty is non transferable. If the product defect* is determined to be a manufacturing defect, at the customer’s request:
- Product will be repaired, replaced or price of product refunded
- Packages will be paid by PetZen™ Products, LLC
If defect* reported is due to unusual circumstances, such as abnormal wear and tear, abuse, accident, outdoor elements, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use, at PetZen’s discretion and approval:
- Product will be repaired or replaced or credit will be issued toward the purchase of other PetZen™ Products. A nominal fee may apply.
- Packages must be returned freight prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend insuring the package.
A limited lifetime warranty can now be purchased for all of our DogTread™ Treadmills. The cost is $150.00 and must be paid at the point of checkout. The lifetime warranty is a parts warranty only. (NO PAID LABOR). In this service you as the owner are required to send your defective part back to PetZen™ Products, LLC with your order number and your part will be replaced for a lifetime. This warranty covers operating parts that are defective from using the machine. This warranty does not cover any abuse or mishandling of the DogTread™. This warranty is non transferable.
We take pride in our products and we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from PetZen™.We have tried to provide you with detailed product specs to help you make a very informed purchasing decision. Please read these carefully before ordering to ensure it meets your space requirements and will accommodate your dogs size. We do offer a 30-day guarantee, but you must pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All packaging must be intact and the product returned in good condition. PetZen reserves the right to make final determinations of all returns.
Product Returns and Exchanges will be authorized for all shipment errors and faulty product by calling 877.563.5151 or by emailing service@dogtread.com. No products will be accepted without prior authorization and the return authorization must be clearly posted on the packages.
If a return authorization is granted for reasons other than mis-shipment or faulty product it must be done within 30 days after delivery, PetZen™ will charge a 15% re-stocking fee provided that the product is immediately ready for re-shipping (i.e. must have original packaging intact and is free of any store markings or stickers).
If your claim is that your dog will not use the treadmill, we would like the opportunity to assist you or provide you with further resources.
